To the people who yielded,
To those who accepted God's love and brought in many who were due for destruction, taking them away from the kingdom of darkness. Sometimes they didn't need to preach; all they needed to do was live.
To God's generals who have yielded, even way back before we were born.
To our big daddies in Christ who have walked with God and paved the way for generations to come, serving as perfect examples for us.
To our Pastors who preach Christ to us and paint the Bible in God's light. To the big mummies who stand their ground in God's word, which makes you wonder what manner of madness could make one so strong.
To the ones who simply serve in the workforce, whose way and heart of serving the Lord has convicted and endeared many things in our souls.
To the gateman/ cleaner or the person whom society deems unimportant. Living the life not natural with the earth though a regular act to them, it being enough to convert your soul.
To our parents, whose faith seemed stupid, but they never for once blasphemed against God.
To that Uncle or Aunty whose status is filled with nothing but everything to draw one closer to God.
To that classmate whose ways will never cease to amaze one, exemplifying the fact that a young adult/teenager can live above this present world. To that roommate whose ways became a guide, even for me to know the light in God.
To that firstborn who yielded to the Lord, therefore making ways for the junior ones. To that sibling who stood out in the family and served as a tool to bring the whole family into the process of salvation.
To that childhood friend who got born again and influenced you into seeing there's nothing better to look for than God.
To the ones whose reckless abandon to the Lord position our hearts right again.
To those ministers who sing nothing but edifying songs, preparing the heart, sinking in the need to find more in God.
To those ones whose posts on social media speaks God's word to us.
Thank you! Thank you for being letters and instruments to me.
Unto Jesus, the Master and "Agba," who died to save humanity. The one who gives salvation freely. One whose goal is to make us into what he became.
We will forever be grateful.
We aren't without encouragement, we aren't without help.
We are loved.
Thank God for letters in mennn. Thank God for men who yielded. This is beautiful. Thank youuu for making us see that the Lord is indeed faithful in his arrangement and orchestrations around us through people at different points. Thank You. To the young lady who yielded to write this, thank you!
